(includes Touchdown Club membership, Wildcat spirit pack and two DHS athletic passes )

*Current physical, insurance and permission papers must be signed and turned in

before you may participate in spring practice!

Please download the Player Information Form and the Website Permission Form, fill them out and turn them in to Coach McDonald. The information will be displayed on this website along with player's photo taken at picture day in August.
